Degree Thesis: This research work consists of a platform that helps companies to automate the process of continuous training of staff
through a mobile application on mobile devices with Android, using a strategy technique called microformation. The platform allows
the personnel in charge to upload content such as: video tutorials, infographics and documents, in addition to opting to restrict the content at a specific time.
The platform also has a module to generate reports, these reports consult relevant data of the interaction of users with the mobile application and its different elements.
These reports can be viewed by a person in charge of analyzing and documenting these reports. Starting from the Action Research methodology, in the action phase for the
development of this project, the guidelines of the software development methodology known as Agile Unified Process (AUP) were executed. The necessary results were obtained
to meet the established objectives.
